At Napa Valley
Express we have one purpose - to give girls ages 18 and under the
opportunity to play competitive softball. We believe that competitive,
tournament softball builds teamwork and self esteem.
Our goals are to provide a challenging, yet fun experience for the
young women of Napa and surrounding towns by enhancing and strengthening
their softball skills. We want of increase their softball skills to a point
where they become a better, more competitive player, and represent our
community in a positive way throughout our season's travel.
Express Softball through the past 12 years has put the Napa Community
on the ASA/NSA Softball map by historically produning respected,
competitive, and talented teams. We are only able to accomplish this feat
with the continued support from all Express Parents. This support is made
possible by our two fund-raisers that require full participation from
both players and parents:
Annual
Home Run Dinner Dance and Silent Auction - usually held in the Spring
Annual
Fall Tournament - usually held in the month of September
The proceeds we raise from these events go directly into the girls'
program. Due to the past success of these events we have been able to keep
the registration cost relatively low, and it has enabled us to continue to
purchase first class uniforms, traveling bags and equipment.
